Hi, I'm Danny Clarke - a 21 year old chef with 5 years of experience.
I'm passionate about Irish food and produce and love food photography. I Was trained at LYIT Killybegs and I'm always eager to improve my culinary knowledge and hone my craft further.
Currently I cook for Chef Frankie Mallon at his renowned Westport Restaurant - An Pórt Mór.
My focus currently is a blend of Irish produce from our great suppliers, foraging for our own livestock - cooked using techniques mainly of French origin.
