I'm Zak, culinary arts management student and chef de partie. I currently do private dining in my area, but my main area of expertise is recipe development and making needlessly complicated desserts.
I grew up in London to a Guyanese family so that influence runs deep in my dishes. Well spiced, homemade food is my passion and I hope it can be spread to all of you reading this.
