  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Sliced Peaches
  • 8 slices Sliced Artisan Bread
  • 2 fl.oz Warm Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Diced Peaches
  • 1 cup Honey Roasted Pecans
  • 1 Tbsp Confection Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 oz Hot water
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Half and Half


  1. Place eggs, half and half, sugar, vanilla and almond extract into a bowl and whisk. In a small separate container mix hot water and cinnamon, then stir. Add cinnamon mixture to egg mixture and whisk throughly.

  2. In sauce pan add sugar, corn syrup, and water. Simmer briefly, then add sliced peaches. Cook till peaches soften up but make sure not to overcook. Once liquid thickens up, set to the side to cool down.

  3. Dip sliced bread into egg mixture and let fully soak. Place dipped bread onto hot buttered pan. Let brown and flip over bread. Once cooked, set to the side.

  4. To serve, place two slices of cooked french toast onto a plate. Top french toast with sliced peaches and pour syrup over . Then shake confection sugar over the french toast. Sprinkle over honey roasted Pecans and diced Peaches. If you like yours soaked with syrup just top off with maple syrup.

    You can use any bread such as Challah bread or Texas toast. And peaches can be subbed with apples or berries.
