  • 1 pound chicken
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 juice of lemon
  • 600 grams spaghettini pasta
  • 2 servings pepper and salt
  • 1 serving parm


  1. Fry chicken (a pre-bought roaster will work too) and shred it with your chopping.
  2. Pour out chicken fat (leave some chunks) from pan and add olive oil, capers, chili flakes, garlic and cook 3-5 min on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken plus lemon zest, then squeeze in juice from lemon for good measure.
  4. Cook spaghettini and then mix everything together and finish with basil, fresh parm and pepper and sea salt.
