  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 medium cut pork chops
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce


  1. Heat your oven up to 35
  2. Mix in a small bowl the soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vegetable oil, and lemon juice together. Rinse your pork chops, and place them in a glass baking dish.
  3. Place half of your mixture over the top of the pork chops and bake for 30 minutes.
